Location Claireview est actuellement à la recherche d'un représentant du service à la clientèle / conseiller au service.

Responsabilités:

- Préparation des bons de travail pour les mécaniciens
- S'occuper des bon de travail internes
- Travailler avec les équipes de service pour s'assurer que les véhicules des clients sont prêts au moment promis
- Tenir le client informé des progrès et des réparations nécessaires.
- Créer et maintenir une feuille de calcul Excel pour le stockage des pneus afin d'optimiser l'efficacité pendant la saison des pneus. Préparation des étiquettes de pneus
- Traitement des réclamations d'assurance et suivi auprès des compagnies d'assurance.
- Prise d'appels, prise de rendez-vous et filtrage des appels téléphoniques pour le responsable de service.
- Appeler les clients pour les informer que leur véhicule est prêt à être récupéré.
- Préparer les factures des clients, accepter les paiements des clients et fournir aux clients leur clé.
- S'assurer de l'entière satisfaction du client

Exigences
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word et Outlook)
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations humaines
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches
- Attention au détail
- Expérience antérieure dans l'industrie automobile un atout
- Bilingue - anglais et français
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome ainsi qu'en équipe

Claireview Leasing is presently seeking for a customer service representative / service advisor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing work orders for mechanics
- Take care of all internal work orders
- Work with service teams to ensure clients vehicles are ready when promised
- Keep client informed of progress and any repairs needed
- Ordering tires and sending customer tire quotes.
- Create and maintain an excel spreadsheet for tire storage to optimize efficiencies in the tire season. Preparing tire tags
- Dealing with insurance claims and following up with insurance companies.
- Taking calls, booking appointments and filtering phone calls for the service manager.
- Calling customers to inform them that their vehicle is ready for pick up.
- Preparing customer invoices, accepting customer payments and providing customers with their key.
- Ensure complete client satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to multi-tasks
- Attention to detail
- Must have previous car-industry experience
- Bilingual - English & French
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
