**About us**:
My name is Cole, I'm a fourth year student at the University of Toronto studying Computer Science, Economics, and Mathematics. This is my 3rd year running this business in Oakville. With the support of the amazing team we've built so far, we're on track to double the size of our business again this year. Aside from working hard and having a great time, we have strong values of team culture, work hard play hard, and growth.

Last year we tripled the size of our business and this year we are looking to double again. In order to make this goal a reality we're looking to add a few last hard working and driven individuals to our team of all-stars.

**About the position**:
This position involves knocking on doors in neighbourhoods across Oakville to find leads for the business.

Through this role, the people selected for our team learn how to communicate effectively with clientele, build their sales abilities, how to handle objections, and how to take on leadership in an organization through promotion opportunities.

To meet the required 12 hours/week minimum shifts can be chosen as 3 shifts of 4 hours or 4 shifts or 3 hours or any combination.

**Job requirements**:

- Access to a vehicle makes it much easier to get to assigned routes on time

**Warning**: This position is not for everyone.

This role involves lots of rejection and enduring all types of weather from snow days to scorchers. The type of people that excel in this role are extremely motivated, have a growth-mindset, and thrive in competitive team environments. **Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: $16.55-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
