As a **Window & Door Technician ,** you are a vital member of the Service Team focused on delivering quality service to our customers at their homes or on jobsites, when installing, assessing, and repairing Loewen window and door products. Technical skills are important, but interpersonal skill and excellent customer service is far more important to the success of this position.

**Duties**:

- Visit job sites to repair or replace window and door products
- Provide installation and service expertise for dealers and home owners
- Partner with Loewen Customer Service Advisors, providing technical support and suggested product improvements
- Contribute to departmental continuous improvement initiatives on an ongoing basis
- Schedule and coordinate travel and accommodation when required

**Requirements**:

- Passion about problem solving, with the goal of a completely satisfied customer
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Must be safety minded and detail oriented
- Experience using Microsoft Office ( Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work at heights
- Must have a valid passport and be willing and able to travel
