These companies specialize in the installation, repair, and maintenance of overhead doors, dock levelers, and related equipment for commercial and industrial facilities.

**Sentinel Dock & Door Solutions**, corporate office located in Oakville is seeing a **Human Resources Business Partner.**As Sentinel continues to grow through strategic acquisitions, we’re looking for a passionate and driven HR professional to support this evolution. You'll play a key role in driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and leading the harmonization of HR processes across our partner organizations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Champion health and safety initiatives, ensuring full compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
- Support recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, maintaining optimal staffing levels across the organization.
- Lead employee engagement and morale programs that cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage group benefits and RSP/DPSP programs to promote employee well-being and financial security.
- Maintain comprehensive training documentation and ensure efficient, seamless HR operations.
- Partner with leadership to enhance employee retention and unlock the full potential of the workforce.

**What we're looking for**:

- A natural people person with a genuine passion for Human Resources including 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience
- Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
- Outstanding organizational and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a solid grasp of compliance requirements and HR best practices.

**Salary Range**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00K per year
