This position is the primary contact for all walk-in customers as well as incoming phone calls. The role includes administrative support in the form of assisting the sales team and managing the cash-out process. Other administrative duties include but are not limited to data entry, filing, and sorting mail, and ensuring that the showroom appearance is up to the high standards we need to create a positive experience for customers.

**What you will do...**
**_Reception_**
- Greet customers, determine the reason for their visit, provide basic information and direct them to the appropriate individual
- Answer multi-line telephone and provide information when requested; transfer calls to the appropriate party through the switchboard
- Complete customer sales using credit/debit machine and manage daily cash out
**_Administrative Support_**
- Place and complete purchase/sales orders on behalf of the sales representatives in the proprietary computer system
- Contact suppliers for pricing and product information to support sales
- Update literature and promotional material in the showroom
- General administrative tasks including filing, sorting mail and data entry
**What you bring to the role...**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (on the phone and in person)
- Attention to detail and strong ability to multi-task
- 1-2 years of receptionist or administrative support role, preferably in a busy retail environment
- Must speak English fluently
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
**Salary**: $19.00 per hour
