Receptionist/office Administrator

**Job Duties**
- Acts as receptionist to greet and help patients in a professional, friendly, kind, helpful manner.
- Process assessments and scheduling of psychological, occupational therapy and chronic pain
- call patients for follow ups
- Performs scheduling duties.
- Completes WSIB, EHC and MVA paperwork
- Verify insurance on all new and existing patients.
- Maintains patient records and other department documentation, including, but not limited to, alphabetical filing, copying & mailing, scanning, clinical notes
- Maintains clinic organization including, vacuuming, stocking bedside supplies, laundry and general clinic cleaning duties.
- Provide assistance to physiotherapist as needed, PTA experience is an asset
**Mandatory Availability**
**Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7:30 PM on some days**
**Mandatory Experience**
1) MVA CLAIMS
2) EHC/WSIB Billing and Telus Health portal
3) Universal Scheduling
4) High School Degree
5) PTA Experience or background
7) Excellent knowledge and experience with Outlook, SharePoint, Excel and Word
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
