- and moderate-income seniors in 83 buildings across the city. This job offers the opportunity to work from an approved remote location within commuting distance of your assigned work location as part of a hybrid work arrangement. This will allow you to work part of the week on site at your TSHC designated work location and the remainder at your identified remote location. The number of days required onsite will be based on operational requirements and in alignment with the Hybrid Work Policy.
**Position Summary**
The Learning and Organizational Development Advisor is responsible for providing specialized expertise, and advisory services on a range of organizational development programs and initiatives in support of overall People and Culture strategies, programs, and initiatives.
**Responsibilities**
- Learning and Development_
- Leads the development, implementation and management of a corporate wide learning strategies, programs, services and initiatives aimed at fostering excellence in TSCH’s executives, management and staff and achieving TSHC’s strategic and business priorities.
- Regularly reviews the learning strategy to ensure it responds to changing business needs.
- Partners with Director, People and Culture, Manager, HR Services, operations and business leaders and People and Culture colleagues to understand the operational and compliance training needs and design, develop or curate programs to ensure needs identified are addressed with conventional and innovative training programs.
- Leads the development and implementation of a range of learning and development programs, services and initiatives aimed at fostering excellence in management and executives to successfully achieve TSHC’s current and future strategic and business priorities.
- Partners with senior leadership throughout the organization to support succession planning strategies and ensure talent management programs drive organizational results and leadership performance.
- Leads the development of training material and content into meaningful learning modules, which are then deployed in various training tools such as facilitator guides, participant guides, learning guides, tests, E-Learning software, job aids, or other relevant learning resources.
- Responsible for the data input and data integrity in the Learning Management System.
- Develops and implements metrics and measures to optimize and enhance efficiency through continuous improvement in all learning and development programs.
- Competency Development and Performance Management_
- Leads the development of leadership and employee competency frameworks.
- Leads the design and development of tools and processes to support managers in the evaluation of employee performance and ensure consistent and efficient execution of the performance management process and alignment with TSHC’s strategic and business priorities.
- Provides support to the People and Culture team in coaching managers on ongoing, development-focused performance conversations with employees and actively promotes the use and benefits of performance appraisals and performance improvement plans.
- Equity, Diversity and Inclusion_
- Leads the development and implementation of key people and culture initiatives to advance the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategy.
- Using the established training curriculum, develop/coordinate/ programs to train, retrain, and educate the staff population of TSHC around core knowledge related to EDI.
