**Position Qualifications**
- Attributes among successful applicants include, but are not limited to:

- Dedication to providing the best possible service and support to patrons;
- Good communication skills (oral and written);
- Professional conduct whether working independently or in team;
- Attention to detail.

Further knowledge and skills that are beneficial include:

- Previous experience in a library environment (knowledge of Library of Congress Classification System) or customer/patron services;
- Knowledge of copying, printing, and scanning technologies—particularly those related to Bridge Bucks;
- Information literacy skills and knowledge of Library/University website.
