**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping products.
- Coordinate order fulfillment processes to meet customer demands efficiently.
- Lead and train the warehouse staff on best practices for safety, equipment operation, and order picking.
- Operate a forklift and perform all warehouse staff functions, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse processes and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations and accurate stock counts.

**Skills**
- Extensive previous experience as a forklift driver and order picker.
- Familiarity with best practices in warehousing.
- Ability to build strong teams through effective leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices within a warehouse environment.

Pay: From $72,800.00 per year

- warehouse: 5 years (required)

- English fluently (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 driver's license (required)
