As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant / Junior Bookkeeper** to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative work and basic bookkeeping, and who wants to grow their career in a professional accounting firm.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Administrative Support**
- Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling, scanning, and client document management.
- Support the accounting team with data entry, file preparation, and internal coordination.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
**Bookkeeping & Accounting Support**
- Enter and reconcile transactions in **QuickBooks Online**.
- Assist with expense tracking, receipts, and invoice management.
- Support preparation of client files for bookkeeping, tax, and year-end engagements.
- Collaborate with accountants to ensure accuracy of client records.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in **QuickBooks Online** and **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)**.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Interest in developing accounting or bookkeeping skills within a CPA firm environment.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
