**Responsibilities**:

- Office support and general office tasks (courier, mail etc.)
- Monitoring credit card/expense reports
- Customer rebate processing
- Payment distribution
- Generating reports
- Assist with event planning and coordination of office events
- invoicing, data entry and other bookkeeping support
- Reception coverage

**Skills and Experience**:

- Bilingual in French and English is required
- 1 year experience as an administrative assistant is desired
- 1 year customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Desire to grow both personally and professionally
- A self-starter possessing a results-oriented attitude
- Effectively work individually, in a team environment, with customers and internal staff
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
