**Status: Contract Full-time; 24 Months**
**Salary Range: $69,273 - $86,593 per annum**

**Location**: 7120 Hurontario St., Mississauga
**Hours of Work**: 35 hours per week
- The Coordinator will support the Organizational Development and Learning team’s mandate to support a workplace where every employee is equipped to work toward their performance goals and supported to develop to their full potential._
- You will be responsible for the coordination of activities related to organizational development and learning programs and services._
**What you will do in this role**:
- Manage training logistics, including virtual classroom set-up and electronic content for a variety of organizational development and learning programs and services
- Organize all organizational development and learning data, including enrolment statistics, compliance, attendance metrics, wait lists, and course evaluations
- Administer courses and course completion data using the Region’s of Peel’s learning management system
- Support program development through the coordination of meetings, document organization, research and minutes
- Maintain employee Intranet content on key organizational development and learning activities
**What the role requires**:
- College diploma with a specialization in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, or Adult Education, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered
- Minimum of three years related experience
- Previous experience coordinating leadership and/or employee development and learning activities
**Skills/Abilities**:
- Strong computer knowledge and demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), PeopleSoft, with an ability to learn new technology quickly
- Extensive knowledge of related policies, programs and processes
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
**Nice to have**:
- Experience with E-Learning authoring tools like Articulate 360, Articulate Rise
- Experience with SharePoint and Learning Management Systems (LMS) would be considered an asset
