**Infopro Learning is seeking a Training Coordinator **to support one of our top clients**:
**Type**:Contract
**Duration**: 3 months + possible extension
**Utilization**:37.5 hours per week
**Start Date**:Mid-August
We are seeking individuals with strong organizational skills and a genuine passion for training. In this role, you will work closely with our client's team to support two training programs. If you excel in fast-paced environments, possess effective communication skills, and pay meticulous attention to detail, then we want to hear from you
- Track and analyze summer student statistics with meticulous attention to detail, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Conduct surveys, compile results, and present them in a clear and concise manner, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Efficiently schedule interviews and events, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for both students and managers, promptly addressing their requests and inquiries.
- Maintain effective communication channels and organize accessible resources to support seamless information flow.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare meeting materials and workback plans, assisting in productive sessions.
- Respond promptly to session requests, demonstrating a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
- Coordinate facilitators' schedules, ensuring efficient allocation and availability for training sessions.
- Manage the distribution of assessment codes and prepare session materials to facilitate smooth training delivery.
