**Position Overview**:
**Education Coordinator Responsibilities (not an exhaustive list)**:

- Lead a team of tutors.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tutoring programs.
- Make necessary adjustments to programs based on feedback from students, parents, and tutors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tutoring sessions, including student performance and lesson plans.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and any necessary adjustments to their learning plan.
- Handle scheduling and coordination of tutoring sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Driver's License, insurance, and reliable access to a car.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience, preferably in a one-on-one setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to students' homes within Mississauga.
- Ability to commute to the storage facility (in Oakville directly off the QEW & Third Line) during open hours to pick up learning materials/resources (if needed).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate students' schedules, including evenings and weekends.

**Note: This is not a 100% online position. This position requires the education coordinator to travel to student’s homes. If this is not what you are looking for, please do not apply.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Tutoring: 2 years (preferred)
- Leadership: 2 years (required)
