This is an opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing company and unlock opportunities for personal growth and advancement. **Duties and Responsibilities** Dispatch new installations, service calls, and other work orders through our customer portal system Develop and modify daily service routes in collaboration with management Act as a communication liaison between customers, installers, and management Cultivate strong relationships with installers and customers to manage last-minute schedule changes Book appointments with customers based on team availability Achieve monthly targets set by management to earn performance bonuses **What You Bring** High school diploma/GED required Exceptional organizational and strong written and oral communication skills Knowledge of local roadways Ability to thrive in high-pressure, team-oriented environments **What We Offer** An encouraging and fun work environment that celebrates success, including "Fun Fridays".
