Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Dispatcher to help keep our field operations running smoothly and efficiently in this newly created position. In this role, you will coordinate technicians, manage schedules, and act as a key communication hub between our customers, installers, and internal teams.

This position is available as either full-time or part-time, depending on availability and operational needs. The right person is proactive, calm under pressure, and takes pride in solving problems in real time. As Integrated Solutions continues to grow, there are opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement for individuals who consistently perform and take ownership of their work.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate new installations, service calls, and other work orders using our customer portal and scheduling systems.
• Manage daily technician schedules, routes, and appointments to ensure efficiency, safety, and on-time completion.
• Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed to respond to changes, delays, or urgent requests.
• Serve as the primary communication link between technicians, customers, and internal teams via phone, dispatch chat, and system updates.
• Make and receive inbound and outbound calls to confirm appointments, provide updates, and resolve scheduling issues.
• Accurately document all calls, job details, notes, and follow-up tasks within the appropriate software systems.
• Collaborate closely with the Dispatch Lead to plan routes, reassign work, and prioritize jobs based on customer needs and operational demands.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, working toward timely and effective resolutions.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and time-sensitive tasks.
• Take ownership of assigned dispatch responsibilities and follow tasks through to completion.

Schedule & Availability

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
• Part-time schedules may range from consistent weekly hours to flexible shifts based on operational needs.
• Scheduling may vary occasionally to support multi-province coverage, including coordination across time zones.
• Schedule expectations will be discussed and confirmed prior to hire.
