**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will utilize your knowledge of logistics and transportation management to assist clients effectively, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately.

**Duties**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
- Coordinate shipping & receiving processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Assist in dispatching operations and fleet management activities.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes related to supply chain management.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Typing proficiency for efficient data entry tasks.
- Experience in dispatching and understanding freight operations is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
