- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales; experience in technology sales is a plus.
- Strong account management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to analyze market data effectively.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (English), with the ability to present information clearly.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
