Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Educate clients and potential clients on our range of products, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Drive store sales and exceed sales targets through effective product demonstrations and sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with store-level personnel to ensure optimal product placement and brand visibility.
- Conduct in-store training sessions and workshops to educate store staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, demonstrating accountability and results orientation.

Must Haves:

- Strong sales background in the beauty industry, with a passion for education and sales in a retail environment.
- Stellar sales and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing in-store relationships and a natural ability to drive sales and achieve goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Educate clients and potential clients on products.
- Drive store sales to meet sales targets.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with store-level personnel.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in prestige beauty and/or retail sales environment.
- Proven experience developing in-store relationships.
- Accountability and reliability with excellent time-management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset
- Must have own vehicle for travel

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

**Benefits**:
