**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients and building strong relationships explaining how Normobaric Wellness centre operates. This position requires a proactive approach to outside sales and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through regular visits and communication.
- Willing to travel to clients home and talk to people on the street explaining our product and our clinic to customers
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in an outside sales role.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Russian/ Polish/ Hebrew is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in the field.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
- Retention bonus

Flexible language requirement:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in North York, ON M3J 2T9

Expected start date: 2025-01-02
