As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our growth, helping to expand our customer base and drive revenue through face-to-face customer interactions.

We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Representative to contribute to our continued success. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. **Key Sales Representative Responsibilities**:

- Follow up with existing and new client leads to build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Manage and grow relationships with clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and loyalty to the Rodgers brand.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and consultations to meet the needs of potential customers by analyzing current service packages and client issues.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients in the following departments; Sales, Client Management, Customer Retention, Compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to provide superior service and stay ahead of the market.
- Provide feedback to senior management to improve sales strategies and customer service outreach initiatives.

**Sales Representative Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales and customer satisfaction in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to maximize all potential upselling opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively within a team is a must.
- A positive attitude with a passion for achieving success and helping others.
