**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Sinking Ship Entertainment is looking for a dynamic Office Coordinator. This is a role that is perfect for a passionate, creative and innovated individual. This position reports directly to Head of Production. A key to this role is the ability to cultivate an environment of trust and collaboration with the demand of hiring the best.

**WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO**
- Maintain a great office environment that is comfortable and welcoming to employees and visitors.
- Act as first point of contact for employees, vendors, and clients.
- Manage communication, data exchange, and alignment with external vendors, providers, and contractors.
- Order, track and maintain office supply inventory in line with budget.
- Collaborate with IT and HR for courier of New Hire equipment.
- Responsible for general office administration including but not limited to mail/ courier distribution and office maintenance.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
- Comfortable in coordinating and leading Office Move projects.
- Maintain efficiency within the office by establishing the best policies, standards, and procedures for the company
- Maintain compliance with local Health and Safety protocols.

**ABOUT YOU**
- College Diploma/ degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years’ prior experience in an office coordination and management role.
- Highly professional attitude with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced skills in MS Office Products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) with knowledge of Google Workplace.
- Detail oriented, exceptionally organized and able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Experience in the Entertainment Industry or an interest in the industry is a plus.
