**Aerostream is looking for a committed, hardworking and responsible, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Administrator on a contract basis from April to October.**

The Logistics Administrator will assume various operating and administrative duties related to logistic coordination, administration, billing practices and procedures throughout the organization.

**Job Summary**:

- Audit and prepare documents for shipment delivery, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Compile and combine documents using Nitro PDF software.
- Collaborate with other team members to manage and organize documents using OneDrive.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments.
- Collaborate with team members on the status of shipments.
- Ensure documents are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate with customers and consignees on the delivery of shipments.
- Data entry into internal database
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Shift Times**:
8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday, able to work some Saturdays (eligible for overtime pay)

**Required Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or experience in related field a plus
- Proficient in using Nitro PDF and OneDrive
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Canada customs regulations a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills

**Compensation**:
Depending on experience, hourly rate is between $25-30 an Hour.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- logistics: 1 year (preferred)
- warehouse and transportation: 1 year (preferred)
