The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the daily operations of RB Taxation, ensuring that our

growing business can handle the demands of the busy tax season efficiently. This position will focus on five key areas: operational

management, client communication, marketing support, team coordination, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee administrative and operational tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently, particularly during peak

seasons, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.

Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries professionally and ensuring high levels of client

satisfaction.

Marketing Support: Assist in implementing marketing strategies aimed at expanding our client base and retaining existing clients.

Team Coordination: Manage team schedules, onboarding, and internal communications to foster a productive and collaborative work

environment.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in workflows to streamline service delivery and increase overall efficiency.

Qualifications:
A post-secondary diploma or degree with courses in marketing, human resource management, accounting, or related fields.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience in workplace communications, marketing, or operational management.

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.

Previous experience in tax filing softwares or financial services office is an asset but not required.

Pay: Up to $45,500.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
