Junior Help Desk

Temporary contract position for 1-2 months that could lead to a permanent full time role. Paid as a contractor on an hourly basis, following school holiday schedule.
Weekdays 8am to 4pm.
You will be the help desk person for about 25 employees and 100 kids who use MacBooks & iPADs. Located in 2 small schools that are walking distance from each other ( Bloor & Spadina area ). Will be supported by offsite senior technicians from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- rarely absent from work
- you love computers & kids
- interest in learning new technologies
- experience with MAC/iPAD
- capable of supporting wide variety of hardware including smart boards
- resolving issues quickly & document well
- energetic & like a fast paced environment
- good interpersonal skills
- like to help people with your tech knowledge
Nice to have:
- previous experience working at a help desk
- experience working in a school
- experience with Google apps & Apple products
- vehicle not required
**bonus for professionalism & attendance
**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
