**Junior Tech - Help Desk Support**
This position requires a self-starting individual who can take direction but does not require it.
The individual should have excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of PC hardware/software and Microsoft products.
**Do you have what it takes?**
- Microsoft Windows based networking.
- Windows Server (2012+), Active Directory, Exchange, O365 etc.
- Internet Connectivity and Security (Firewalls)
- Backups and Disaster Recovery experience.
- Monitoring tools and CRM experience (Salesforce is an asset).
- Installation and maintenance of hardware/software.
- End User Productivity Tools (MS Office, SharePoint, O365 etc).
- Computer troubleshooting
**Your Day-to-day**:
- The ability to effectively translate technical information and procedures to end-users.
- Basic configurations, supporting Clients and environment maintenance.
- Successfully manage a high volume of calls/tickets, effectively troubleshoot and escalate.
- Providing quality customer support by surpassing expectations.
- PC installations/configurations.
- Server administration, LAN/WAN L1 maintenance, monitoring.
- Assist in analyzing IT infrastructures & recommend hardware/software upgrades.
- Assist with on-site projects and make occasional maintenance on-site visits.

- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, creative problem solving and efficient troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure.
- Interpersonal skills, positive and friendly manners, ability to establish credibility.
- 1 Year or more of Help Desk experience

**Job Type**: Full Time
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
