- Responsibilities and Duties_
- Managing Harris Brand Sports Inc and The Harris Brand Foundation’s online presence through various platforms whilst creating and maintaining a strong online presence for our company
- Developing engaging content, creating an online community for the brand, and creating an online image that is representative of the brand(s) and its values
- Attend events and produce live social media content
- Understanding brand KPI’s and defining them specifically for each social media platform
- Researching audience preferences and discovering and implementing strategies that support current social media trends
- Collaborating with management team to produce attractive and informative campaigns
- Tracking campaign performance
- Engaging with audience and responding to to any queries that may come in on each platform
- Staying up-to-date with changes on all social platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness
- Tracking customer engagement and SEO to optimize campaign content
- Establishing relationships and networks of industry professionals, communities and/or influencers on social media
- Developing an optimal posting schedule, considering platform traffic and customer engagement metrics
- Overseeing social media accounts’ layouts
- Suggesting new ways to attract prospective audience members, like promotions and competitions
- Qualifications_
- Post-secondary student pursuing a degree or diploma in marketing or related field
- At least 1 year of social media coordination/content creation experience for a professional brand/company
- Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, and digital media formats
- Excellent social listening skills
- Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
- Excellent time management, organization and attention to detail
- Creative thinker with and the ability to find helpful solutions to tough problems
- Respectful and contributing team player and influencer to achieve objectives through support from others

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $16.55-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 20 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON L4T 2T5
