**Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To**
- Leading content creation, copy writing and posting across Meta & Instagram
- Identifying gaps in content and working with creative agency to develop and launch
- Community management (e.g. comments on posts, answering dm's etc.)
- UGC management
- Social KPI reporting
- Further supporting the team with:

- Setting, tracking and achieving social KPIs
- Supporting the National Education Manager with virtual education assets
- Creating, editing, and posting photos and videos for IG & TikTok
- Overseeing Joico Canada's paid ad strategy across Meta & Tiktok and working closely with agency partners

The Consumer Brands - Hair Professional division is looking for a creative and forward thinking, Social Media & Content Specialist to join the team in the Mississauga (ON) office.

**Qualifications-**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Creative flair, a passion for beauty, budding ideas for content across various social platforms
- Advanced knowledge of various social media platforms and assets either through personal or work experience (i.e. Instagram stories, reels, grid posts, Tik Tok, Facebook)
- Knowledge of paid ads is preferred
- Social content photography & editing capabilities
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Superior communication, copywriting, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English is essential, and French is beneficial
- Proficiency with Canva and PowerPoint.
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Bachelor's Degree or College certificate in Marketing or Communications is preferred.
