We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our customers and team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:
**Invoicing and Billing**:

- Generate, review, and send invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
- Track and record payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and maintain financial records.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in data entry, file management, and record keeping.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and documents as needed.
- Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

**Appointment Scheduling**:

- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for technicians and pest control specialists.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet customer needs.

**Communication**:

- Facilitate effective communication between customers and the pest control team.
- Relay important information and updates to technicians in the field.

**Problem Solving**:

- Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and resolve them to the satisfaction of the customer and company.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Customer-focused with a pleasant and professional demeanour.
- Knowledge of pest control industry (preferred but not required).

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
