**Roles & Responsibilities - Office Admin**

We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

**Office Admin Duties and Responsibilities Summary**:

- Manage day-to-day administrative operations and record keeping.
- Plan and coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and resources.
- Stay up-to date with existing insurances and policies renewals as well as the renewals of other company subscriptions and certifications.
- Develop comprehensive production schedule, allocate resources, and oversee equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate office activities and operations efficiently and comply with company policies.
- Manage meeting agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
- Managing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, payments and cheque runs in coordination with the Accountant.
- Create and update records and databases of personnel, financial and other data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Assist in HR related duties.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

**Office Admin Primary Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an **office administrator**, office assistant or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
- Experience in bookkeeping and the use of QuickBooks is necessary.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
