**Sales Marketing Manager**:
OssKin is expanding our sales marketing team and is seeking a Sales Marketing Manager to support and execute on OssKin's sales and marketing activities. This role will support the sales and marketing initiatives in North America.
The Sales Marketing Manager works as a key member of the marketing and commercialization team to execute on marketing and sales activities designed to expand customer base and continually increase sales revenue. The Sales Marketing Manager is responsible for business growth with a high level of integrity and with the long-term interests of patient, customers, and the organization as their key motivating factor.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research**:
- Research competitors, identify content opportunities, monitor Google Trends, and share recommendations with leadership.
- **Campaign Management** - Manage all marketing and website activities, follow up with responsible parties, make sure projects are completed on time, and ensure marketing campaign communication with external partners/distributors
- **Campaign Optimization** - Review analytics for all content, SEO, and advertising campaigns daily/weekly, identify issues/opportunities, and share with leadership.
- **Marketing Automation**:
- Assist and implement marketing automation efforts and processes by proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies and industry standards.
- **Sales Outreach** - Manage, grow and retain existing customer accounts. Acquire and develop new accounts
- **CRM & Data Management**:
- Ensure the leads that are captured are properly tagged/categorized, and the data remains up-to-date. Monitor CRM leads feeding from the website and other acquisition channels.
- **Vendor Management -** Coordinate with marketing vendors or external partners, which might include website vendors, freelance designers, content editors, ads campaign specialists, etc
- **KPI Reporting**:
- Collect and compile monthly KPIs on the website, SEO, and campaign performance and share with leadership for monthly reviews.
**Experience and Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering).
- 4+ years of experience in marketing growth and revenue roles, with a proven track record of scaling B2B businesses (a plus: experience in Medical Device)
- Graphic design, SEM, SEO, and Social Media Management is an asset
- 2+ years working with marketing automation, CRM, and project management tools (Hubspot, Asana)
- English spoken and written are mandatory, French language is an asset
**Knowledge and Competencies**:
- Be results-oriented. If you don’t produce results, you’re not likely a fit for our team. This means generating revenue for our business.
- Self-motivated, organized with attention to detail, resourceful, flexible and adaptable with strong project management skills
- Working knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM), CRM, Portals, Full Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Comfortable in a fast paced start-up business environment
**Salary and Conditions**:

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
