**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Client relationship management: develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the commodity plastics market
- Market and product development: Drive initiatives to expand market share within the commodity plastics sector
- Sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets focusing on both new business development and maintaining existing client relationships.
- Financial and performance management: monitor financial performance against budget and forecast
- Team leadership and collaboration: provide mentorship to the sales team

**Experience**
- Proven experience in account management 5-7 years minimum
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required
- Proven experience achieving sales targets and drive profitability

**Responsabilités**
- **Gestion des relations client** : développer et maintenir des relations avec des clients clés dans le marché des plastiques de commodité.
- **Développement de marché et de produits** : mener des initiatives visant à accroître la part de marché dans le secteur des plastiques de commodité.
- **Stratégie et exécution des ventes** : concevoir et mettre en œuvre des plans de vente stratégiques pour atteindre les objectifs de revenus, en se concentrant à la fois sur le développement de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et sur la fidélisation des clients existants.
- **Gestion financière et de performance** : surveiller les performances financières par rapport au budget et aux prévisions.
- **Leadership et collaboration d’équipe** : offrir du mentorat à l'équipe de vente.

**Expérience requise**
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de comptes, minimum de 5 à 7 ans.
- Capacité démontrée à communiquer efficacement avec des clients à tous les niveaux d’une organisation.
- Maîtrise bilingue de l’anglais et du français requise.
- Expérience prouvée dans l’atteinte des objectifs de vente et la maximisation de la rentabilité.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
