Prep101 offers in-person and online prep courses for the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT). We have six full-time staff at our Head Office who work in tandem with 5-6 part-time staff to coordinate the activities of hundreds of part-time university students and freelancers. We’ve been promoting our MCAT prep courses at every major university in Canada since 2004 and we are now expanding into the USA.

**Our current marketing operations include**:

- Physical (on-campus) marketing: posters, flyers, information tables, in-person pre-med info seminars, etc.
- Digital (online) marketing: Social media, SEO/SEM, online pre-med info seminars, reputation management, etc.
- Partnerships: Pre-med student groups, affiliates, influencers, etc.

**Responsibilities**:
The primary responsibility of the Coordinator is to help the Marketing Director with the planning, organizing and execution of our on-campus marketing at universities across Canada and the USA. The overall focus will be on the continuation and improvement of our on-campus marketing activities in Canada while undertaking a phased expansion into the USA.

The Coordinator will use advanced organizational and interpersonal skills to train, coordinate, monitor and motivate part-time campus staff - mostly university students with busy lives - who deliver our on-campus marketing. Full training and shadowing plus administrative support will be provided. The Coordinator will not be required to travel.

The specific responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator will be to:

- hire, train, supervise, motivate and monitor on-campus MCAT Course Promoters (MCPs)
- coordinate, monitor and report on on-campus postering, flyering, and information tables
- supervise on-campus and online marketing for in-person and online info seminars for pre-med students
- form alliances/sponsorship agreements with pre-med student groups
- expand our network of affiliates, influencers, and other partners
- assist with reputation management such as eliciting reviews and testimonials from students and pre-med groups
- assist with customer service
