**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
This role is fast-paced, interactive, and results-driven — perfect for someone who loves connecting with people and thrives in a structured, high-energy environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with customers to book appointments and support the sales process
- Develop product knowledge across all makes and models represented by Capital Automotive Group
- Collaborate with dealership teams to ensure smooth communication and customer hand-offs
- Stay up-to-date on current promotions, inventory, and advertising campaigns
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM**
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
- A positive, professional attitude and a drive to succeed
- Confidence using technology, CRM systems, and office software
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a call-center environment (automotive experience is a strong asset)
- Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed
