**_ Then we have a Permanent Full-time position open for an individual like yourself. We are looking for a _**_Service Specialist _**_to join our Business Development Centre (BDC)_**__**
The BDC Service Specialist will assist Capital Auto Group's Service department by receiving all incoming service calls, scheduling appointments, and reaching out to our current customer base due for regular maintenance. You would be a key member of the team to establish relationships with our customers and drive business in the Service Department.

**The Job**
- Ask the customer qualifying questions to uncover needs, and directs calls appropriately
- Ensure that service advisors receive messages promptly
- Make service appointments if service advisors are unavailable; route appointment information to the appropriate service advisor
- Provide reporting to dealership management
- Seek opportunities to drive our Service department, generating new business and looking for opportunities for service appointments with existing customers
**The Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Extensive customer service or sales background is an asset
- Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Excellent problem-solving skills
