**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Adapt quickly to new software platforms and tools, assisting in implementation and training as needed.
- Support bookkeeping, invoicing, and budget tracking in coordination with finance staff.
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to improve office efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and ability to learn industry-specific software.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused mindset.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is an asset.

Pay: $50,000.00-$57,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Barrie, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers Licence (required)
