Yummy Catering is a kid ‘s catering with a mission to provide healthy and nutritious food options for schools and childcare centers. We were established in 2004 with just one chef, one kitchen and one dream. We are currently serving 20,000 meals daily and growing.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work with changing priorities and under pressure.
- Establishing relationships with all clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Reporting and working closely with the Customer Service Manager
- Responsible for processing orders and keeping client profiles updated
- Data Entry as needed
- Provide Administrative Support to all Departments when needed

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to multitask and takes initiative to complete all tasks
- Proficiency in Outlook, Work and Excel
- Responsible, reliable and works with integrity
