The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to a team in the Defined Contribution Pension Administration practice area.

Shared Services Team Member provides assistance to the TDCP department with incoming and outgoing documents on a daily basis. Logs member details and run reports for team in Harmony

Job Description:
- Data entry on various systems including in-house pension administration system and Excel worksheets- Performs mail merges for mass mailings to clients- Provides general administration, including, photocopying, filing, and ordering supplies add scanning documents- Opens, sorts, logs and distributes group mail- Supports other administrative assistants when required- Devises ways to continuously improve team operations- Assists with special projects, as required- Compile outbound mail packages ensuring accuracy- A good understanding of personal computers and software, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- Ensures all daily deadlines are met
