**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate, document, and report in collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution.
- Review and interpret product specifications to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Order construction materials, maintain inventory
- Document site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates and manage project costs effectively.
- Implement safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.

**Skills**
- Proficient in project management methodologies with a focus on construction projects.
- Excellent computer skills including financial software, Excel, Word, etc.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction estimating practices to provide accurate cost assessments.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide teams towards achieving project goals.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Pay: From $50,096.38 per year
