Construction Project Coordinator

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction project activities from start to completion
- Support project managers in monitoring progress, updating schedules, and maintaining documentation
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Use construction management software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProCore) to track project milestones, submittals, RFIs, and changes
- Assist with estimating, budgeting, and procurement processes
- Communicate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials
- Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare project reports and maintain accurate records
**Experience**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project coordination or supervision
- Proficient in construction software tools such as Bluebeam and ProCore
- Solid understanding of construction documentation, workflow, and scheduling
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
