**SUMMARY**

Developed out of growth, the position of Client Coordinator for WMC’s First Aid Training Division will work with the Operations and Sales Teams.

This key position will be primarily responsible for supporting clients, maintaining revenue from existing clients and notifying Account Managers when opportunities arise to increase sales to the existing client base.

This role is based out of the Hamilton office, working 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Client Support**
- Work with existing clients to schedule First Aid/CPR, AED and online training that is due
- Understand the protocol of client contracts and work with the Operations Team to ensure the contract is being met
- Update Account Managers on client activity as requested
- Address general first aid questions with clients
- Notify the Account Manager if a client issue arises
- Keep Account Managers fully informed on all activity on clients' accounts
- Notify clients when AEDs and accessories (batteries/electrodes) are due for replacement
- Notify sales team when new sales opportunities arise
- Record and communicate details of any complaints or problems that clients report and ensure that they are addressed by the appropriate person

**Operations/Administration**
- Report details of new orders, requests for quotations, complaints, service requests or changes of contact details in CRM
- Use CRM to create opportunity, quote and order for existing client training services
- Maintain records of all transactions and contacts with clients in CRM
- Communicate with other departments to obtain information so that they can respond to clients’ requests
- Maintain contact with Operations Team to get updates on the progress of the orders so you can advise clients
- Other duties as requested

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2+ year in a sales/client care position with a focus on scheduling
- Excellent administrative and communications skills
- Able to problem solve and develop solutions for clients, and processes where needed
- Excel at building client relationships over the phone
- Enjoy working with people with strong customer service experience
- Able to prioritize work tasks with mínimal direction
- Must be organized, detailed and process oriented
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to use Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Office with proficiency
- Experience working for a first aid training company is preferred

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
