Solange Medical Aesthetics, & Academy by Solange are specialized clinics in the GTA & Ottawa, focusing on health, wellness, recovery and medical aesthetics.

Solange Medical & Co. are seeking 1 joint educational clinical trainer/ training coordinator. This position can not be done remotely and requires 1-2 shifts in person with staff in a clinic setting per week.

The Clinical Trainer/ Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating training dates with new staff, creating and implementing an online, on-boarding training program for all clinic locations, completing in person training sessions hands on with new staff and keeping existing staff up to date on new service roll out; ensuring continued staff competence and safety for clients during services.

The Clinical Trainer/ Training Coordinator would be expected to travel between clinic locations, attend offsite training events for new services being implemented in the clinic and implement a full training program for new staff. Knowledge of all services provided at all locations would be required.

An extensive training process is mandatory and required for this position. Open availability during the training process is required. Knowledge of personal care services, medical aesthetics or similar industries is an asset.

Previous customer service experience, and minimum of 1 year management experience overseeing staff are required.
