- You present treatment options to prospective patients.
- You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
- You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely and in a timely manner.
- You help meet patients' needs by consulting, reassuring and scheduling follow-ups, across different regions.

- You have a broad background in* customer service and retention*, in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, etc.
