**Qualifications**:

- Experience in customer retention, loyalty programs, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze customer trends and behaviors.

**Salary**: $62,585.53-$70,000.00 per year
