**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greets customers, answers incoming calls and answer various client inquiries
- Performs document management for paper and electronic documents
- Manages team appointments and calendars
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Performs billing management (invoicing), manage courrier, office supplies, shop supplies
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, customer service

**Qualifications**:
Bilingual, English and French is excellent, Very Organized, Autonomous, computer skills (word, Visio), Great interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent

**Salary**: $20 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Thursday
- 3 day weekends

**Experience**:

- receptionist/customer service: 2 years minimum

**Location**:

- Montréal, QC (preferred)

- No
