**Job Description**:
This position is suited to an individual who works well both independently and as part of a team, in a deadline driven environment. The Conversion and Specialty Products Administrator is responsible for the co-ordination and administration of Life and LTD Conversion and Canada Life’s international products. The incumbent co-ordinates policy setup and on-going administration with internal departments and third-party providers.

**What you will do**
- Coordination of Life and LTD conversion
- Create and distribute plan documents
- Coordinate calculation of rates
- Monthly reconciliation and reporting

**What you will bring**
- Able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Well-developed customer service skills.
- Experience working in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while managing deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using PAS/EAS is an asset.
