We are currently looking for a passionate, committed, and motivated Specialty Sales Representative – Cardiovascular. This field‑based position, in direct contact with customers, will be responsible for accelerating and delivering commercial performance in the territory through effective planning, rigorous execution, and strong cross‑functional collaboration. Territory: Manitoba Responsibilities Promote cardiovascular products and services to healthcare professionals such as specialists (cardiologists, internists, endocrinologists), primary care physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, and pharmacists through impactful interactions. Develop and implement territory business plans based on brand strategy and available tools to achieve sales objectives. Proactively monitor sales execution in the territory based on performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust the business plan accordingly (sales, call plan, productivity measures). Effectively navigate provincial reimbursement dynamics using patient access programs based on payer profiles. Demonstrate a high level of responsibility, a winning attitude, innovation, and a growth mindset to achieve and exceed team objectives. Represent HLS as an innovative and ethical company whose products and services precisely meet the needs of patients and the medical community. Qualifications University degree, preferably in science or business. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, including at least 2 years in specialty sales (cardiovascular experience preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results‑oriented and customer‑focused with a strong track record of performance. Proven business acumen, analytical and budget management skills. Agile and innovative thinker, able to challenge the status quo to identify, evaluate and implement new initiatives. Self‑motivated, ambitious and solution‑oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Office, customer relationship management (CRM) databases, and dashboards. Valid driver's license.
