**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Qualifications**:
**The incumbent must possess the following qualifications**:

- Group leadership and supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of student life and related issues, presentation experience, and training experience are essential.
- Knowledge and expertise in translating student development theory to practice is essential.
- Proven experience in building relationships with partner organizations (campus departments, student associations, etc) based on mutual trust, respect, genuineness, and commitment.

**Education and Experience**:
**The above is normally acquired through the completion of**:

- Four (4) year Bachelor of Social Work or Commerce, and Master’s degree (preferably in Higher Education, or Business Administration), or a four year university degree and post graduate certificate in Student Affairs from a recognized college.
- Three (3) years’ experience with supervising student employees
- Previous experience working with budgeting and financial systems
- Demonstrated past experience in project management and operations oversight
