**Job description**

Tom's RV Service & Supplies Ltd is a locally owned company. Currently we are seeking a full time, long term Customer Service and Parts Representative to add to our team. The Customer Service and Parts Representative should be the first and lasting impression our customers will experience and therefore does everything with a consistent focus on exceptional customer service, in every situation making every customer glad they came to Tom's RV in person, on the phone, or on-line. The Customer Service and Parts Representative is always professional and friendly, and faces new challenges every day, solves problems, operates in a busy environment, while carrying out duties that include:

- Ensuring that all customers are promptly greeted upon arrival into the store
- Clerical duties include; invoicing, filing, data entry, mail duties
- Ensure store is stocked, re-stocked, tidy, well-organized, clean, safe and well presented
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Remain aware of product changes and seasonal requirements
- Remain with current price changes and seasonal pricing
- Maintain inventory shipping and handling.
- Assisting our online customers in a timely fashion by processing web orders which include shipping and receiving of goods

**Requirements**:

- Able to multi task
- Cash handling and POS system experience
- Positive, customer focused individual
- Reliable, accountable and a person of integrity
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
