**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, and in person.
- Assist customers in a timely fashion.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling difficult or complex situations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and operational efficiency
- Help Seamstress, Tailors or Master Tailors with basic sewing tasks, and willing to learn.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Proficiency in attention to detail
- Strong analysis skills.
- SEWING EXPERIENCE PREFERED.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and independently when needed.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while supporting our team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
